College Planning Resources:

  • College Readiness Inventory (CRI) - Based on the well-known "Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ)," The CRI is designed to assess overall readiness to take on college-level work. It has refocused the MSLQ, adapting it to the Internet medium, as well as directing it to first-time or prospective students. The MSLQ was developed at the Universiy of Michigan by Profs. Pintrich, Smith, Garcia and McKeachie.

  • College Expectations Questionnaire - How ready are you for college? Do you have accurate expectations about the differences between high school and college? Take this short questionnaire and find out if your expectations will match your experience.

  • ACT - Information about the ACT, college planning, and financial aid
  • College Board - information about the SAT, PSAT, college planning, and financial aid
  • Tucson Metropolitan Education Commission's Regional College Access Center - informattion about local events, homework help, career exploration, college planning, and financial aid
