    • Registration Fee Refund Policy:
      We have had a couple questions regarding the refund of registration fees should anyone want to cancel their participation in a competition. After discussion, we have determined that we will not give refunds if you should need to cancel participation in a competition. The registration fees were put into place to assist the MESA staff in accurately planning for MESA Day which requires a large commitment of time and resources. If a team cancels their participation then that time and those resources are wasted. The fees will help to ensure that only committed teams register for the competition. We will, however, allow teams to switch competitions without paying an additional fee. Requests to switch competition must be submitted to Arizona MESA via email (azmesa@email.arizona.edu) by Friday, April 6, 2012. Thank you for your understanding.
